How do I place an order?
Browse through our catalogue and search for the items you like, then click on the "Add to Cart" button and then click on "Checkout". Enter your shipping and billing information and wait for your order to arrive. It's that easy!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs may vary depending on the products you choose, but delivery is usually free. Standard shipping ranges from 0 to 9.95 €.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the selected items as well as your geographical location. For most of our products, shipping usually takes between 4 to 10 working days. Please also allow 2-3 business days to process your order.
How can I track my package?
We will send you a link with your tracking number as soon as your package has been sent. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the shipping status of your package. (We will send you all the information in the email).
There is a problem with my package, what should I do?
If there is a problem with your package, please contact our support team at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order and tracking numbers, a brief explanation of the problem and your contact information so that we can get in touch with you quickly.
About the exchange rate:
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than the one displayed on our website. These rates are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate for fees that your bank or credit card company may charge you. About customs fees:
The value and shipping information of your order are shown on a sticker on the outside of the shipped package. We will label the package as a gift for our customers, but duties and taxes are determined and charged by customs officials. As such, they are out of our control. As the legal importer, you are responsible for any duties, taxes and other charges that your country may choose to impose on imports.
Since fees are determined individually according to the products chosen by the authorities, we estimate that you may be charged between 5-10% of the amount of the order. Fees may differ from case to case.
Which payment method can I use?
We accept payments from all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club).
Do you accept payments from PayPal?

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you cancel your order: we do our best to ship new orders within a day or the next after purchase. If your request is delayed, we will not be able to change or cancel an order that has already been shipped.
What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
We always try to provide the best quality product for our customers. However, there are various factors that can result in damages to your products in transit. If you received a defective / damaged item, please contact us by sending an email to the following address:

What is your refund policy?
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 14-day money back policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us and we will refund you immediately. Contact us at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org in order to get the shipping address to return your product and get your refund. The shipping costs for the return of any of our items shall remain your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost for the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your product to be returned may vary depending on where you live. Should you return one of our items, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
